Instam Finterest is designed to minimize data collection. We process the following information strictly for app functionality:
Other User Content (Documents): When you use the AI Contract Analysis feature, the App processes the documents you provide (such as credit agreements or bank offers).
Credit Health & Consultations: Any personal details, income levels, or contact information you enter into the App to calculate a credit score or request a consultation are not saved to our databases. If you submit a request to a banking partner, the data is transmitted directly from your device to that specific partner.
2. Third-Party AI Processing and Data Use
To provide automated document analysis, the App utilizes the ChatGPT API provided by OpenAI.
What data is sent: Only the text content extracted from the document you explicitly choose to upload.
Who it is sent to: Data is transmitted directly to OpenAI via a secure, encrypted API connection.
Data Protection: In accordance with OpenAI's API privacy policies, your data is strictly used for processing the immediate request and is not used to train OpenAI's models. Data is not stored permanently by OpenAI after the analysis is complete, ensuring a level of data protection equal to our own.
3. User Consent for AI Analysis
We do not send any data to OpenAI without your explicit permission. Each time you initiate an analysis, the App will request your consent through a clear on-screen disclosure. You may choose not to use this feature if you do not wish to share the document with this AI service.
4. Third-Party Banking Partners
The App acts as an aggregator for licensed banking partners. If you choose to apply for a loan or submit a consultation request through the App, you will be providing your information directly to these institutions. Finterest Eesti OÜ does not intercept or store this information. Your data will then be governed by the respective Privacy Policy of the bank you selected.

Because we do not collect or store your personal data or uploaded documents, there is no data for us to retain or delete on our servers. If you wish to remove all App-related data, you simply need to uninstall the App from your device.
