These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Instam Finterest mobile application (the "App"), available on the App Store and operated by Finterest Eesti OÜ. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of Service
Instam Finterest operates as a privacy-first financial utility and aggregator. The App provides local tools for personal finance management, including AI-driven document analysis, credit health estimation, and a directory of financial products offered by our licensed banking partners in India. We do not issue loans, provide credit directly, or operate as a financial institution.
2. Licensed Banking Partners
The credit offers displayed within the App are provided by independent, officially licensed financial institutions. When you choose to apply for a product or request a consultation, you are interacting with these third-party institutions directly.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law to use the App.
4. Local Processing and Document Uploads
Instam Finterest is designed with strict privacy principles. Any information you input for credit estimation, or documents (PDF, JPG, PNG) you provide for AI analysis, are processed transiently or strictly on your device. Finterest Eesti OÜ does not collect, store, or have access to your documents or the data extracted from them.
5. No Lending Decision
All lending decisions, interest rates, and contract terms are determined solely by the respective partner bank. Finterest Eesti OÜ does not guarantee loan approval, specific loan terms, or the accuracy of the estimated credit scores generated by the App's utility tools.
6. Permitted Use
- Do not misuse the App or attempt to reverse-engineer its local processing algorithms.
- Use the App only for lawful personal finance management and credit inquiry purposes.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finterest Eesti OÜ is not liable for lending decisions made by partner banks, the content of third-party websites or contracts, inaccuracies in the AI-generated document summaries, or any direct or indirect losses arising from agreements you enter into with our licensed partners.
8. Intellectual Property
All App content, brand elements, and UI/UX design are owned or lawfully used by Finterest Eesti OÜ. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
